Sep 28, 2020 · Pirnie. I picked up my new (to me) mk4 Focus last week which has keyless entry. When I picked it up the keyless entry worked on both driver amd passenger side, however, since then the passenger side has stopped working and i can only lock and unlock the drivers side and boot with keyless. Passenger side still works with the fob.

Dec 25, 2021 · The only way was at the Ford main dealer as the most up to date connections and software was required. (My Mondeo is an 09 titanium X). Ford wouldn't programme my second hand but identical (including part codes) BCM, insisted it must be a new unit. Price was going to be £950 for the BCM and £650 for the labour.

When I attempted to lock the car afterwards using the remote key fob I could hear something was not right and noticed the following issues: Both offside doors failed to lock. Amongst other bits X Pack is leather seats, memory position seats, tinted rear windows, LED adaptive head lights, Keyless. Mind you, I would be happy without Keyless. Only have to press fob button whilst fob remains in your pocket, so no prob.
